We offer landscape and hardscape design build and install services, commercial and residential landscape property maintenance, we design, install, maintain and repair irrigation systems as well as low voltage lighting.

We have a full-service garden center.

Living Landscapes was established in 1982 and has been in continuous operation since and currently employs about 35 employees.

General Job Description

To summarize, this position would put you in charge of crew, truck, trailer, commercial mowing equipment and the landscapes of your assigned commercial and residential customers.

This is a fun and rewarding position for someone who enjoys working outside and throughout the day with minimal supervision. It is an excellent job for someone who has an eye for detail and likes to see everything neat and orderly.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

Ensure the safe and efficient operation of crew and equipment. Maintain and service equipment at the proper service intervals. Provide our customers with a high level of service and courteous communication to them about their property and it’s needs. Properly and legibly fill out all required paperwork.

Minor Duties and Responsibilities

Help other crews and divisions as may be necessary to complete the overall mission of Living Landscapes Inc.

Education

2-year degree in Horticulture or other closely related field would be ideal.

High School diploma is required.

Experience

2 years of experience in the landscape industry is ideal

Less than two years would be considered on a case-by-case basis.

A minimum of 1 years’ experience is required.

Key Competencies

Familiarity with operating landscape equipment and operating a truck with trailer.

Physical Requirements

Ability to walk 2 to 5 miles throughout the day, lift 60 pounds and be able to bend, stoop and squat for short periods of time. Must be able to tolerate the weather conditions.
